A Winter Retreat in Cornwall
I've been bringing groups to this exquisite house for over a decade, and for so many of you, it’s become a cherished yearly ritual. There’s an abundance of space here - whether you want to curl up with a book in front of the open fire, take a gentle stroll through the grounds, or stretch out on your mat in the vast, warm yoga studio.
Our days unfold around yoga, meditation, and nourishing meals. In between, you’re free to spend your time exactly as you wish - bathing, walking by the sea, indulging in a massage, or bracing yourself for a refreshing cold water dip.
January is my favourite time to retreat to Cornwall. It’s quiet, spacious, and wild - the perfect setting for a reset. This three-night retreat is designed as a time to pause, replenish, and gently realign. No one ever wants to leave once they’re here, so I’ve shaped these days as a gift of self-care that I hope will boost your energy and spirit for weeks, or even months, to come.

I’ve been bringing groups to this exquisite house for over a decade, and for many of you, it’s become a cherished yearly ritual. There’s so much space here to relax: read by the open fire, stroll through the grounds, or roll out your mat in the warm, expansive yoga space.
January is my favourite time to retreat to Cornwall — it’s quiet, wild, and deeply restorative. This three-night retreat is your invitation to pause, reset, and come back to yourself.
A Retreat for Everyone
This retreat is very much open to all — whether you're new to yoga or coming back to it after a break, you'll be warmly welcomed. If you have any injuries or particular needs, just let me know in advance so I can support you fully. Everything is optional — do as much or as little as you like.
Nourishing Food
All meals will be vegetarian and prepared by my wonderful friend and talented cook, Nadya Mousawi. If you have dietary requirements, just let me know upon booking so Nadya can plan accordingly.
