The Quarterly: A Summer yoga supper club

In this, the fourth, of our seasonal festivities we will be celebrating Summer, and its vibrant bright light and abundance. The day will open with an extended season-specific yoga practice led by Naomi. Focusing on saying 'yes' to awakening with mindful self-care, all the time nurturing our intentions we will play with some creative and playful asana and conclude with deep, long meditative rest to help reserves of energy as we come to the end of summer.

This is an inclusive workshop and all levels will be catered for just bring yourself! To complement the yoga, Floyd's restaurant, a few doors down will be cooking up a feast of seasonal vegan delights, to satisfy even the heartiest of post-yoga appetites. 

When: August 18th 3pm- 8.15pm.

Price: £40 (includes yoga workshop plus two course meal, drinks to be paid for separately). Just 18 places available.

Refine Your Teaching with Naomi Annand and Adam Hocke


A TWENTY-HOUR INTENSIVE, JAN 17TH-21ST

Following on from the phenomenally successful 2016 YOTL Teacher Training Naomi and Adam are running a 20-hour immersion for newly qualified teachers and those feeling a little rusty. The focus of the course will be on bringing compassion, clarity and confidence to your teaching using precisely aligned sequences that will inspire and uplift your students.

Tuesday Jan 17th 2-6pm: Incorporating breathing, meditation and restorative yoga into your classes

Wednesday Jan 18th 2-6pm: Back to basics: creating balanced and intelligent sequences for mixed levels

Thursday Jan 19th 2-6pm: Unknotted: anatomical awareness when teaching the neck and shoulders

Friday Jan 20th 2-6pm: Confident instruction through hands on assists and clear verbal cues

Saturday Jan 21st 3-7pm: How to teach inversions and arm Balances
