In this workshop we will dive in to the mind-body network to explore ways of organising our inner landscape so that we might create a bit more stability and balance. The Koshas are the psychic layers of the bodies, which can be used as a road map allowing us to shift awareness form matter to breath to thought so that we can find stillness. The workshop will consist a long asana practice to get into the body, followed by Pranayama (breathing practices) to address the breath body and then mindful compassion based meditation to organise the mind. One these are in balance we will explore some deep relaxation tools and close with restorative yoga and guided relaxation.
